VegFest and Bikes for Humanity

This post is for the Ottawa folks...

Hey Veggies! (and Veggie-wannabes) check out the first ever Ottawa VegFest on Sunday at the Glebe Community Center 10am-5pm, free admission. Brenda Davis will be speaking and there will be vegan cupcakes. Need any more convincing?

Come visit Craig and I at the Bikes for Humanity drive on Saturday morning. Bring a bike to donate to people in Africa. I've seen first hand how important bikes are to many Africans and know this is a worthy cause. We'll be located at Surgenor Pontiac Buick at 393 St Laurant but if that's not convenient check the link for a closer location.

In between all this I'm going to try and ride my bike a few times. My mountain bike is still dirty from last weekend because I haven't had time (or motivation) to clean it this week so I'll probably be sticking to the road bike.
